Happy Ash Wednesday to all,
What are you giving up for lent? I will be giving up meat, junk food, candy, and biting my nails. I might have to break the meat one when I go to a Luau but we will see. I am going to mass later to get ashes, not sure what they were here to mass, but either way I'm sure I will stick out, just how I like it.
Short and sweet today, got to get on the grind.

Patrick! Love all the pictures....wish we could all be there with you! Miss you lots and love the updates....oh, Doug is giving up alcohol (with the St. Patty's Day exception), i'm giving up junk food as well and Matthew is giving up his bottles soon, but he doesn't know it! haha...live it up there b/c chances like this are few and far between the older you get!

I knew we shouldn't have read him the nonfiction book on sharks. .. or at least had Bri skip over the section about Hawaii! We keep telling him that they are not where you are.
